We likely share some views on important things.

We might be a fit…
If you consider yourself a Woke Bloke, a Woman Warrior or a Rainbow Unicorn.

Perhaps you areâŚ
An Independent Journalist set on exposing the corruption and injustice in the world.
An Environmental Activist trying to save our beautiful planet before itâs too late.
A Changemaker working to make the world a better place for minorities and underrepresented groups.
Or you aspire to making a difference in the world, in your own little wayâŚ
If so, thank you for your work!
If youâre like me, youâre deeply concerned about whatâs becoming of the world. The direction big corporations are driving the social, political and environmental landscape. The billionaires who pay zero taxes while accumulating wealth at a scale not seen in history, while manipulating politicians with campaign funding (aka legal bribes).
Let me guess where you stand on a few key issues…
On Globalisation & The Economy:
Youâve likely woken up more and more often over recent years and seen how things are changing for the worse, at least for the little people like us. Things seem to be pretty good for a handful of billionaires. You recognise that while it seems like we have a choice, a few super corporations increasingly own everything. But youâre also realising that we, the people, have power. To Boycott, to demonstrate, to work together, to create something new from the grassroots on up. That our money and where we spend it make a difference. People power is real!
On Politics:
Youâre shocked by the blatant corruption that is the trump white house and the unelected elon musk running amok with a chainsaw through government departments. You recognise the fascist playbook being used to divide the citizenry so that weâre fighting with each other rather than uniting to fight against the rampant corruption of tax-dodging billionaires and politicians paid off by corporations.
On What Government Should Be:
You want the government to work for the people, to make their lives safer and better, not to give tax cuts to the mega-wealthy.
Youâre also sick of the weak Democrats standing around wringing their hands, clutching their pearls instead of fighting for democracy.
On Spirituality:
I imagine you have your own idea of and name for the divine intelligence in everything. Itâs probably not a beardy guy up in the clouds somewhere, and you donât need to go to church or read an old book to commune with that power. You certainly donât feel that itâs ok to alienate and âotherâ people in the name of your âlovingâ religion because they look or love differently from you.
You might be into Shamanism, Paganism or just like to chill in nature. Iâd bet that you donât claim to follow a messiah but ignore all of his teachings.
Youâve probably done some yoga and meditation. Maybe a lot of mediation? Maybe taken a shamanic journey or two?
On Local:
You prefer to support locally grown, owned and operated businesses, but sometimes youâre busy and go with the easy thing. But since the Broligarchy taking the front row at the fascist inauguration, Iâd wager that youâre either actively or considering a boycott of META, Amazon, X/Tesla/Starlink and, like me, struggling with quitting Apple, Google and OpenAI.
On Health & Fitness:
When it comes to your wellbeing, I’m hoping you understand the importance of maintaining your health and fitness. You donât want to look like a jacked superhero, but rather to feel good in your body over the long term. Feeling strong yet flexible and able to move freely are your goals.
You lean towards natural health options before you reach for pharmaceuticals. But you recognise that medication saves lives when used at the right time for the right illnesses.
On Food & Nutrition:
You feel that the basis of good food and nutrition is the same: fresh, naturally grown products taste better and are better for us. Organic fruit and vegetables are preferable for their nutrient content. Less processed food is better for us. Products with more chemicals and E-numbers than ingredients are wrong.
On Vaccination:
While you might have had some reservations about COVID-19 vaccine mandates and how heavy-handed some governments were with the rollout and enforcement of them, you recognised that, in general, they were trying to keep us safe and alive.
You also recognise that natural immunity to Covid is very different to natural immunity to diseases such as Smallpox or Polio. You might decide to take your chances with Coronavirus now that itâs mostly subvariants of Omicron going around. Still, youâd rather your offspring werenât pitted with pox scars or using crutches to walk, having survived Polio.
On health influencers:
You feel that perfect-looking 20-year-olds giving you health advice is beyond hilarious. You need someone who has lived through a few global financial crises, lost more than a few idols too young or unexpectedly old, fucked things up more than once and recovered too. Made mistakes in life and lived to tell the tale.
Youâre looking for practical advice, not amazing-looking Instagram reels that just donât deliver the results. Youâre craving engagement, not glossy-looking emptiness. Youâre ready for authenticity, not virtue signalling or trend chasers.
On Children:
You recognise that having children is the most important job in life and that raising them to be good human beings who do good things in the world is the ultimate test of a person’s character. That raising children gives people a reason to live their best lives and evolve to be the best human beings they can be. But maybe you didnât want or have any yourself. Or maybe you did.

You Often Find Yourself Talking About:
The corporate takeover of our governments, the state of the planet, not wanting to live on Mars, drive a Swasticar or Wankpanzer.
If we could get money out of politics, the world would be a better place.
That there is already enough of everything in the world, the issue is distribution, or rather, kleptomania by a few very wealthy individuals with an unfair advantage.
And that if you could just sort your mental/physical/emotional health out, youâd be able to get on with a whole lot more of the fight against it!
Your Dreams:
To live a long and happy life, free from tyranny and oppression, for yourself, your family and friends.
That humanity survives through the dark times weâre in and becomes stronger for it.
That a new, enlightened society rises from the ashes of the oppressive system that appears to be crumbling around us.
You dream of a world where:
- Children can grow up without fear of climate catastrophe
- Healthcare is a human right, not a privilege
- People are valued more than profits
- Democracy actually serves the people
- We measure success by wellbeing, not by GDP
You dream of world peace.
You know what? I do too!
If any of this resonates with you, you might be wondering how to stay healthy and resilient while working toward these dreams. That’s exactly what I help people with.
