FAQs
About Longevity Coaching
What is a Longevity Coach?
A Longevity Coach is a wellness professional specialising in helping individuals live longer, healthier lives. We provide personalised guidance on diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle factors to optimise health and well-being over the long term.
How can a Longevity Coach help me live longer?
By helping you adopt scientifically-backed lifestyle changes that reduce the risk of chronic diseases, improve mental and physical health, and enhance overall life satisfaction. This means creating a personalised plan that aligns with your health goals and supports long-term vitality, not a generic programme that ignores your actual life.
Is Longevity Coaching suitable for all ages?
Yes. Whether you’re in your 30s establishing healthy habits early, or in your 50s and 60s looking to maintain energy and vitality, a Longevity Coach can help you tailor your approach for optimal health at any stage of life.
Can Longevity Coaching help with specific health conditions?
Longevity Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment, but it can complement your healthcare by supporting lifestyle changes that may improve conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new health regimen.
About The Liberated Longevity Coach
What makes your approach “Liberated”?
Health strategies might be universal, but the context isn’t. I work specifically with progressives, changemakers, and people who understand that staying healthy is an act of resistance. My approach recognises that personal health and political engagement aren’t separate issues, and that most mainstream wellness culture ignores the reality of fighting for justice in an unjust world.
Who do you work with?
Woke blokes, women warriors, and rainbow unicorns โ progressives, independent journalists, environmental defenders, and anyone working to make the world better. You don’t have to call yourself an activist. If you give a damn about the world and want to stay healthy for the long fight ahead, you’re my people.
Do I have to be an activist to work with you?
Not at all. You just need to share progressive values and care about something beyond yourself. If you’re only interested in longevity for purely selfish reasons โ making more money, consuming more experiences, exploiting others โ we’re probably not a good fit.
What if I disagree with your political views?
Then there are plenty of other longevity coaches out there who won’t bring politics into health coaching. I’m specifically here for people who understand that health and justice are connected.
Isn’t focusing on my health selfish when the world is literally burning?
That’s exactly what the systems you’re fighting want you to believe. When you burn out and leave permanently, which around 50% of burned-out progressives do, the movements that need you lose your skills, experience, and institutional knowledge. Sustainable resistance requires sustainable health. Your wellbeing isn’t a distraction from the work. It’s what makes decades of effective work possible.
As Audre Lorde said: “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”

About My Approach
What’s your philosophy on longevity?
Foundation before optimisation. Always. You can’t just take supplements and expect to live forever. Build the base first: sleep, movement, nutrition, stress management, community, then add longevity interventions and optimisation on top. Simple practices, done consistently, over a long period of time. That’s what actually works.
How is your approach different from other longevity coaches?
Most longevity advice comes from people who’ve never faced real-world challenges. I’ve analysed Blue Zones longevity science specifically through a progressive lens โ what progressives already have going for them, and what they may be neglecting. I work with a community care framework rather than individualistic self-care, and I frame health as resistance infrastructure, not a distraction from the work.

I don’t have time for elaborate wellness routines. I’m already overwhelmed
Good, because Blue Zones centenarians don’t do elaborate wellness routines either, and they live to 100. I’m not asking you to add more obligations to your overwhelming life. Often the most effective interventions are about removing things: stop doom-scrolling before bed, eat an actual lunch instead of skipping it, say no to that extra committee. Foundation before optimisation means starting simple and building from there.
Do you focus on supplements?
Supplements are the icing on the cake, not the cake itself. We explore plant-based interventions first before reaching for pharmaceuticals. When we do discuss supplements, it’s evidence-based and personalised to your specific situation and goals, not a one-size-fits-all stack from a wellness influencer.
What’s your scope of practice?
I’m a coach, not a doctor, therapist, or medical professional. I educate, support, and hold accountability. I help you make sense of the evidence and apply it to your life. I refer out when something is beyond my scope and always encourage you to work with your GP or other health professionals alongside our coaching work. If you’re dealing with trauma or acute mental health challenges, you need a specialised therapist. Longevity coaching works alongside that, not instead of it..
Services and Sessions
What does a typical coaching session look like?
Each session involves a check-in on your progress, a deep dive into the relevant topic, goal setting using the GROW coaching model, and space for questions. In group sessions, you’ll also benefit from peer learning and an accountability buddy. Private sessions focus entirely on your specific situation, challenges, and goals.
What’s the difference between Foundation and Advanced courses?
Foundation covers the fundamentals: nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, relationships, and detox. Advanced is for people who’ve got the basics consistently sorted and want to explore supplements, shadow work, purpose discovery (ikigai), and advanced optimisation strategies. Foundation first โ always.
Do you offer private coaching?
Yes. Single sessions, multi-session packages, and ongoing support are all available. I also offer a specialised 2-session Supplement Stack Review for people who want to optimise their current supplement regimen based on evidence and their individual health situation.
What’s included in the Supplement Stack Review?
Two sessions plus comprehensive analysis. The first session reviews your health history and current supplements. Between sessions, I research your specific situation and create personalised recommendations. The second session presents your customised plan with a practical implementation strategy and email support.
How often should I meet with my Longevity Coach?
My courses are structured with weekly sessions for the first 8 weeks to build momentum. After that, the community model moves to monthly topics with regular check-ins for accountability and long-term habit maintenance.
Can I work with you if I live outside the UK?
Absolutely. I work with clients globally via video sessions. Most of my work is done online.
Practical Questions
How long will it take to see results?
It varies based on your starting point, goals, and commitment. Some people notice improvements in energy and mood within weeks. More significant changes; sleep quality, stress levels, physical health markers, typically take a few months of consistent practice. The goal is sustainable change, not a quick fix.
Do you provide meal plans or exercise routines?
I provide frameworks and principles rather than rigid plans. Everyone’s different, so we work together to find approaches that fit your actual life. I’m more interested in helping you build sustainable habits than in giving you someone else’s perfect plan that falls apart within a month.
What if I can’t afford your services?
Start with the free workshop โ it’s genuinely valuable and a real taste of my approach. I also offer group courses at significantly lower prices than private coaching, and beta cohorts at reduced rates when I’m developing new programmes. If budget is a concern, let’s talk โ there’s usually a starting point that works.
Do you work with people who have serious health conditions?
I can work alongside your healthcare team to support lifestyle changes that complement your treatment, but I don’t diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. If you’re currently undergoing treatment for serious conditions like cancer or advanced diabetes, please get clearance from your physician before starting.
Getting Started
How do I know if we’re a good fit?
Attend my free Introduction to Longevity workshop or book a free 30-minute discovery call. If you resonate with my approach and values, and you’re ready to make sustainable changes for your long-term health, we’re probably a good fit. The Are We a Fit? page also gives a pretty clear picture of who I work best with.
What if I’m not ready to commit to a full course?
Start with the free workshop, try a single private session, or join one of my beta cohorts. You don’t have to dive in at the deep end. I’d rather you start small and succeed than overwhelm yourself and give up.
Do you guarantee results?
I guarantee I’ll give you evidence-based information and genuine support without trying to sell you expensive supplements or complicated protocols. But your results depend on your commitment to implementing what we discuss. I can guide you, but I can’t do the work for you.
What’s your refund policy?
I want you to be satisfied with our work together. If you’re not happy after our first session, we can discuss adjustments or alternatives. I don’t offer refunds for completed programmes, but I’m committed to working with you to ensure you get value from our time together.
Can I contact you between sessions?
It depends on the programme. Some packages include email support between sessions, others are session-only. Private clients typically have more access than group course participants โ details are outlined in each programme.
What’s the best way to get started?
The free Introduction to Longevity workshop. It gives you a real taste of my approach and helps you decide if we’re aligned. From there, you might choose the Foundation course, private coaching, or the supplement review service depending on your situation.
Do you have a waiting list?
I limit group sizes to ensure everyone gets proper attention, so some programmes do fill up. Join my mailing list to be notified about upcoming courses and workshops.
