2. Coaching Services
The Liberated Longevity Coach provides longevity coaching, educational workshops, and related content. All services are for educational and informational purposes only.
Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your GP or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this website or heard in a coaching session.
3. Workshops
Free workshops are provided at no cost. Registered participants are asked to attend if they have registered, or to cancel in advance if they cannot attend, so their place can be offered to someone else.
4. Paid Programmes
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions for paid programmes are set out in the programme agreement provided at the point of purchase. In the absence of a specific agreement, the following applies: cancellations requested more than 14 days before the programme start are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of programme start are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future cohort at Simon’s discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Simon Henderson unless otherwise stated. You may share content with appropriate attribution but may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Liberated Longevity Coach accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching programmes, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
